From what it looks like the outdoor area in the back looks cute. Kinda dead, tho I did come on one of the coldest days of the season the day after a snowstorm. Very nice staff, even let us linger way after we finished our food + paid. Guess that's the perks of coming in on a slow night. What I Ordered: - Kway Teow Kake: pretty good, but last year's special of duck + egg noodles was better in my partner's opinion - Ba Mee Moo Dang Hang: reminded me of cantonese cha siu over egg noodles. Think it would've been better with soup ”

“ I'm a sucker for boat noodles so this place has been on my list for a bit. Walking in, the place is very kitschy and reminiscent of Thailand. Opted for the boat noodles with beef. It was decent and legit though not the best I've had. The yentafo was a bit more lackluster. It was good, but not as flavorful and fermented as others so more on the lighter side which I suppose may appeal to more palates. Overall a decent spot for boat noodles. And they have other smaller stuff you can also order ”

“ We got takeout from here on a cold evening during the week. The website to order was easy enough to order and came from their actual website. We did not use uber eats. I was a little early to arrive and my food was not ready. However, the server was super nice and I could either sit at the bar or by another bench area. Since I had time, I admired the decor. It was really neat and I liked seeing the various Thai culture and art around. It is authentic. I got pad Thai with chicken and my friends got a noodle soup (both spicy) Everything was packed well. Food tasted great and I heard the noodle soup broth was really good and perfect for a cold evening. I would love to come again and dine here one day. ”

“ My favorite Pad Kee Mao in the neighborhood. Noodles are wide and chewy, sauce is clear and spicy. Comes with sauteed cabbage and other vegetables. It's delicious. Service is nice and friendly. Ambiance is cute and cozy. Nice for a casual meal out. I would be comfortable dining solo here, too. Shrimp wasn't as juicy this time, but I'm picky on finding succulent perfect shrimps. May get the chicken or beef next time. I would try other items, like Pad See Ew or Pad Thai looks good too, but I always go for the Pad Kee Mao. I haven't been back frequently or often, but the times I've been the food has been consistently good. ”

“ I've been coming to Pye Boat Noodle whenever I'm craving Thai food near the area. All the times I've been here, it's been solid. Parking is accessible via street and metered parking. There are a few tables inside but it is not a huge restaurant. I think it can get packed pretty quickly. I've ordered Pad Thai a few times and it has been delicious each time. I like how it is not overly dry or wet. They also provide condiments to spice up your dish if you want to. Staff is very friendly as well. My friend and I had drinks from outside and they were able to hold it for us until we left. Overall, this restaurant is a place I would frequently visit when I am craving Thai food. ”

“ Can't believe I haven't reviewed this place yet. I order delivery and pick up and dine in at Pye regularly and it is reliable, consistent and always tasty! Their dishes always have a lot of flavor. When I need comfort I'll order a rice or soup, if I want that extra flavor I'll order one of their stir fry dishes. Some favorites are pad kra pow with minced pork or minced chicken, bolarn noodles and pad see eaw. Their Thai iced tea is also awesome. For dine in the interior has a very like retro plus old Thailand vibe and the staff are very nice. This is easily my most frequently restaurant in the neighborhood! ”

“ Food (4/5) - had one of the watermelon shakes and pad Thai with beef - pad Thai noodles were good except I wish the beef had a stronger flavor - watermelon shake was good but a tad bit too sweet for me Service (5/5) - very attentive and helpful Ambiance (5/5) - had a large outdoor space which I didn't get to check out since it was raining - good for groups or casual dinner with a friend ”

“ Wonderful authentic Thai cuisine. The restaurant is a tad small, however, there is more seating at the outdoor patio. We sat outside and enjoyed the weather. Our group had a few vegetarians, but Pye Boat offers plenty of vegetarian/vegan options. I opted for the Pad Kaprow with beef, a spicy dish with garlic, chili, and basil. It was served with rice and a fried egg. It was comforting, hearty, and delicious. Staff was friendly. The prices are affordable. Food was wonderful. Overall, a solid four stars. ”
